Reserve Your Homesite

It's time to reserve your lot!

 

Please let us know up to three of your top homesite preferences in the form below. In the event your top choice is taken,  you will be put on the waitlist for that homesite and we will move on to your next choice. After you submit the Homesite Reservation Form, here's what you can expect next:

 

1.  Within one business day, you will be notified via email with your confirmed choice, which will move the homesite status from "Available" to "On Hold."

 

2.  You will also receive a separate email with our Homesite Reservation Agreement via AdobeSign. You will need to follow the steps in this email in order to e-sign. If you would prefer a pdf version of this document that you can print and return to us, please let us know.

3.  You will also need to get us your refundable deposit via check or electronic funds transfer (EFT), which will be held in escrow, within 3 business days.

If you are not in the OKC area, please contact us to coordinate an appropriate time frame. If you prefer electronic funds transfer, the Title Company will contact you directly with instructions.

4.  After we receive your Homesite Reservation Agreement & escrow check, your homesite status will move from "On Hold" to "Reserved."
